The lower level opens on to the lake and has a large family room w/fireplace, game/sitting area, large bedroom w/two double beds & dresser and there is a laundry room w/washer, dryer, water basin and toilet. Home is heated with forced air oil furnace and electric baseboard heater. Fans help keep home cool during summer. The home is well equipped completed w/bed linens and kitchen service for eight.
